To start with, we offer a free 30-minute, no obligation, consultation call, where we will discuss your current habits, lifestyle, fitness levels and set out a plan of how we can get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Our Personal Training packages focus on initially finding ways to bring in changes in day-to-day routines to compliment and accelerate your progress and build daily activity into your life.
We aim to build a solid foundation of strength and conditioning fitness. This initial stage can also be the time when you make the biggest amount of progress.
From here we have the option to move to a longer-term commitment and look towards reaching and surpassing and setting exciting new challenges and goals.
