Our Personal Training packages start with a free consultation where we will discuss your current habits, lifestyle, health and fitness levels and set out a plan of how we can get you from where you are to where you want to be. 
 
After which we have an initial 6 week Intro Programme focusing on starting to bring in changes to day to day routines and building fitness into your life. 
 
From here, once a solid foundation has been built, we have the option to move to a longer-term commitment and look towards reaching, surpassing and setting new and exciting challenges and goals.
