What is Online Coaching? 
Online Coaching is simply Personal Training without the face-to-face contact. 
It enables you to work virtually with your trainer. 
All coaching is delivered on our App and your personalised programme is updated whenever it is needed. 
Nutritional support is provided, and recommendations can be made with regards to calorie intake, macro nutrients and general tips on how to manage your diet. 
Weekly support, accountability and feedback are key to success, and these are provided via email, zoom call, social media, on the app and via WhatsApp. 
The App is updated weekly with various helpful tips on topics such as exercise execution, sleep, stress, activity levels, sustainable weight loss and much more. 
There are weekly check ins and community calls, making sure you have all the help and tools at your disposal to achieve your goals. 
You will be guided and supported throughout your journey and if you are committed, you can achieve all your targets and more. 
Free access is also provided to a private Facebook group and as a bonus, there is also a free online fitness group, where weekly 20–30-minute home workouts are provided to help you even further.
